The LaFontaine Arts Council’s summer event JeFFFest will once again feature Eric Clancy Jazz with soloist Shannon Persinger.

JeFFFest will be held on June 21 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in downtown Huntington.

The event, co-sponsored by the LAC and Four Corners Custom Framing, is a family-friendly festival featuring “fine art, fun food and fab music.” Edward Jones financial advisors Scott Atkinson, Jim Ditzler, Chuck Harris, Nicole Johnson, Trent McBride, Jim Scheiber and Jim Warner are underwriting Clancy’s appearance.

Tables and chairs will be set up on Jefferson to accommodate the crowd, but people are encouraged to bring their own seating as well to be assured of having a place to sit.

The fine art for the event comes from local and area artists who have painted and donated the 5 x 7-inch canvases available for silent auction.

Local vendors are providing food for JeFFFest.

All proceeds from the event go toward the LAC’s “Arts in Education” programming.

Further information is available from La Fontaine Arts Council Executive Director Debbie Dyer at 358-0055 or Paula Bittner, owner of the frame shop, at 355-0650.

In addition, both the LAC and JeFFFest have Facebook pages where photos from previous years can be found.
