Kiningham and Marker win top Ducky Run prizes

Winners have been named for the annual Ducky Run sponsored by the Roanoke Kiwanis Club. The event was run Saturday, Sept. 6, as part of the Roanoke Fall Festival.
Alan Kiningham won the Vera Bradley gift tote as the top prize, while Ron Marker won the $100 cash from the Roanoke Kiwanis Club.

Other winners included: $25 cash from Bippus State Bank - Elsie Wygant; $20 cash from United REMC - Shannon Shockney; wheel alignment Ingle's Service - Terry Dailey; and $25 gift card to Roanoke Village Inn - Kelly Lee.

Also, $25 gift card each to Nick's Junction - Tammy Watson and Scott Dafforn; four tickets to Sugar Shot performance at Cottage Event center - Max Colclessor; and $20 cash from Rescued Relics - Cheryl Hitzmann.

Also, $10 cash from Dahlia Sage - Pat Harting; iPod speaker and phone amp from North End - Becky Fisher; umbrella and tumbler from iAB financial bank - Ann Hartley; and earrings from Trove - R.L. Hoffman.

The event is an annual fund-raiser for the Roanoke Kiwanis Club to help sponsor youth events and activities in the Roanoke area.
