The quartet of Richard Bell, Jim Grimes, Wes Wingert and Jack Love placed first with a score of 30 during the Senior Men's Scramble at Etna Acres Golf Course on Tuesday, July 31.
There was a tie for second as the groups of Sam Rumple, Jim Ridenour, Steve McCammack and Terry Fausz and Paul Schroeter, Russ Felton, Rex Smith and John Kennedy both finished with scores of 31.
Also, with matching scores of 33, the groups of Daryl Smith, Gary Sutton, Roger Johnson and Don Alexander and Bob Hoch, Jim Myers and Clyde Smith tied for third.
Harold Williams and Paul Schroeter were closest to the pins on the 12th and 16th holes, respectively.
Lee Richards and Terry Fausz swung the big clubs, notching the long fairway drives on the 10th and 14th holes, respectively.
Jim Ridenour had a chip-in on the 18th hole and Jim Jones had one on the 16th hole.
In the men's league, Randy Weiss was closest to the pin on the 16th hole and Larry Wright was closest on the 12th. The long drive was by Randy Musselman on the 14th hole.
Devin Dale had the low score for the evening at 36. Trailing Dale were David Prater at 38, Musselman at 37 and Dan Bickel at 39.
