V-ball skills program starts Sept. 11

Parkview Huntington Family YMCA will again be offering its girls' volleyball skills program starting Tuesday, Sept. 11.
The skills program will be offered to girls in grades five through eight and is an advanced skills program. It is intended for players who are interested in honing and improving their skills with intentions of playing at a competitive school or club level.
Cyndi Niswander will instruct the eight-week course, which will run Sept. 11 through Oct. 30, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday.
There is a cost, with a discount for YMCA members. Those who recruit a new player to the program will receive a discount redeemable at the front desk.
