Kitt leads Crestview 8 gridders past Southern Wells

Two touchdown runs by Noah Kitt and a pair of two-point conversions helped the Crestview eighth grade football team edge Southern Wells, 16-14, on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Kitt led the team with 69 yards rushing, including a 54-yard scoring sprint. Matt Guhl rushed for 56 yards and had one of the two-point conversions.

Trevor Szelis had 27 yards receiving and scored the other two-pointer. Pat Miller threw for 38 yards.

Guhl was also a factor on defense, leading the team with 4.5 tackles. Randall Chasteen had four tackles.
