The Huntington University women's soccer team improved to 4-1 on the season as five different players scored en route to a 5-0 win over visiting Manchester University on Tuesday, Sept. 11.
HU went into halftime with a 3-0 lead on goals by Erin Barclay, Kaitlyn Dreman and Bethany Quinn. Bethany Cardenas upped the count to 4-0 in the 82nd minute, then Elise Mamanu-Gray capped off the scoring by dribbling past three Spartan players and beating the Manchester goalie just before the end of the contest.
HU goalie Samantha Barclay got her third shutout of the season by stopping the only shot she faced in the contest.
