Quarterback Denver Burkley threw three touchdown passes to lead the Huntington North High School junior varsity football team over host Anderson, 28-12, on Monday, Sept. 17.

Burkley found Houston Lehman twice for scores and threw his other TD passes to Scott McClellan as the Viking JV improved to 3-2 on the season.

Charleston Dydasco ran for the other HNHS touchdown, and Burkley and McClellan added two-point conversions.

Wyatt Cocklin was the leading tackler for the HNHS defense, which caused five Anderson turnovers
