Forester men drop soccer match to Holy Cross

The Huntington University men's soccer team lost to host Holy Cross College, 4-1, on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

The Foresters, 5-2-2, used a Yordan Rivera penalty kick at 13:22 to forge a 1-1 tie, but Holy Cross got two more goals before the first half was over, and the hosts added a final score in the 70th minute.

Chris Fox played 77 minutes in goal for the Foresters, yielding three goals and making one save. Drew Mattingly had one save and one goal allowed.

Troy Padgett scored two goals for Holy Cross.
