The Crestview Middle School girls' eighth grade basketball team overwhelmed host Oak Hill, 31-5, on Monday, Jan. 7.

Aubrie Eckert put up nine points for the Cougars, 1-2. Ariene Butler added eight points and Mackenzi Cannici provided six.

The girls' seventh grade team edged Oak Hill, 16-14.

Crestview, 1-2, got six points from Meg Gilpin, four apiece from Karmen Koch and Hollyn Anderson. Rileigh Johnson grabbed three rebounds.
