Farm Bureau bombs pair in PAL Coaches Pitch

Farm Bureau recorded big wins over Horace Mann, 23-5, and Frederick's Photography, 20-7. Metro Kiwanis also showed some offensive firepower, beating Horace Mann, 21-12 and Bailey Love, 27-1. Craig Martz was a two-time winner, topping Bippus Bank, 11-4, and Bailey Love, 27-2. Dirt Trucking also went 2-0, defeating Firefighters Local 680 and Optimist by counts of 15-11 and 10-8, respectively. Frederick's Photography won against Andrews 1, 24-8, and Horace Mann took down RE/MAX, 17-7.

As of June 14, Farm Bureau topped the league with 12 wins to only one loss. Craig Martz and Metro Kiwanis were close behind, sitting at 11-2 and 10-2, respectively. Frederick's Photography and Horace Mann were knotted up at 9-4. Andrews 2 was a game over .500 at 3-2. Bippus Bank was an even 6-6. RE/MAX stood at 4-8 while Dirt Trucking was at 4-9. Firefighters Local 680 managed a 3-8 mark and Optimist was 2-9. Andrews 1 and Bailey were both still looking for the first wins of the season, sitting at 0-5 and 0-13, respectively.

Little League

S&S Keller Construction played three games and won all three: 11-9 over Andrews, 18-3 over Helena Chemical and 5-2 over Builders Mart. Schneider Electric topped Huntington County Federal Credit Union (HCFCU), 12-2, but fell to Beacon Credit Union, 11-1

As of June 14, S&S Keller Construction led the league at 11-2. Builders Mart was 8-4, just a game in front of Beacon Credit Union at 7-4. Schneider Electric was a game under .500 at 6-7. HCFCU stood at 4-7, Helena Chemical was 2-9 and Andrews was 1-6.
