Corinne Tester and Bailey Martin continued their standout offensive seasons, powering the Huntington North High School girls' varsity soccer team to a 4-1 win over visiting Anderson on Saturday, Sept. 14.

Tester, a junior, and Martin, a freshman, have scored 10 goals apiece for the Lady Vikings this season, helping the team, 7-2-1, already match last year's win total.

Tester and Martin each scored twice to send Huntington North into halftime with a 4-1 lead. Aly Grabner, Hannah Williams and Tester supplied an assist apiece.

That offense would prove to be all the Lady Vikings would need as the defense shut out the Lady Indians in the second half. Senior Paige Coolman recorded seven saves in goal to pick up the win.

The Huntington North junior varsity tied 1-1.
