HU harriers 15th at Div. III Pre-National

The Huntington University men's cross country team took 15th place out of 19 teams at the Hanover College Division III Pre-National Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 5.

Tyler Herber paced the Foresters with a 12th place finish out of 230 runners in 26:22 on the 8-kilometer course.

Eric Baker came in next for Huntington in 27:37 for 56th place. Finishing 70th was Austin Presnell in 27:48. Brian Menzie posted a 28:46, good for 110th, while Josh Graham finished in 28:57, six spots behind Menzie. Other Forester runners included Stephen Kays, who was 120th in 29:40, and Seth Murphy, 126th in 30.11.

The top five teams in the men's race included Loras College with 66 points, Manchester with 85, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps with 91, St. Vincent with 167 and Centre with 176.
