Mautz gets lone win for Vike swimmers in loss to EN

Keegan Mautz got the lone win of the evening for the Huntington North High School boys’ swim team as it lost to host East Noble, 117-50, on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

Mautz touched in first in the 200-yard individual medley, in 2:32.42 as HNHS dropped to 0-3 on the season.

Mautz also got a second for the Vikings in the 100-yard freestyle, in :59.39.

Conner Mason added seconds in the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle, touching home in 2:30.31in the shorter race and 6:37.71 in the longer.

Nathan York took runner-up in the 100-yard backstroke, in 1:14.57, and third in the 50-yard freestyle, in :27.15. Aidan Miller took thirds in the 200 free, in 2:33.88, and the 100-yard butterfly, in 1:23.75. Cole Davidson took third in the 500 free, in 6:53.88.
