Huntington North High School swimmers Skyler Ruschhaupt and Danny Scher finished out of the money at the Indiana State Swimming/Diving Championship this weekend.
Ruschhaupt, a junior, earned the top finish for the locals with 19th place in the 100-yard breaststroke, in a new school record time of 1:00.47. He also finished 24th in the 200-yeard individual medley, in 1:58.64.
Scher, also a junior, placed 29th in the 50-yeard freestyle, in :22.19, and 31st in the 100-yard freestyle, in :49.75.
