Lady Vikes start season with loss to Snider

The Huntington North High School girls’ varsity basketball team lost to visiting Fort Wayne Snider, 53-46, on Tuesday evening, Nov. 6, in its season-openeer.

The Lady Vikes per led by senior Madalyn Robrock with 18 points and nine rebounds. Leah Campbell had 12 points and five assists and Addy Wiley added nine points.

Snider was led by De’Leisha Davis with 20 points, which included a 16 of 18 effort at the free-throw line. Tamara Wade added 13 points for the Lady Panthers.

Huntington North won the junior varsity game, 31-16.

Addison Dennis had 11 points and Grace Gross added eight.
