Commish to hold meet to discuss jail options

The Huntington County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, Oct. 28, in Room 103A of the Huntington County Courthouse at 10:15 a.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a feasibility study on alternatives to the construction, reconstruction or expansion of the Huntington County Jail. The commissioners will listen to feedback from the public on this topic at the hearing. Following the hearing, the commissioners may take action approving the feasibility study.

The Huntington County Courthouse is located at 201 N. Jefferson St., Huntington.
